The property is located in a large shopping complex so there are a lot of places to eat. The staff was very pleasant and supplied bottled water when we arrived Luggage carts were available to help with the luggage The room was clean modern and up to date Everything worked bed was comfortable Bathroom was spacious Breakfast area was clean and selections were good Eggs and bacon waffles fresh fruit nice selection of juice hot and cold cereal breads 24/7 coffee and tea

We liked the room, the staff was also courteous and breakfast was fine. This was our third stay here and we have always enjoyed this facility.

Breakfast was AMAZING!! Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal,, juices,, coffee, sausage biscuit w/gravy (special today). Location is right for hopping on Rt 11 or 81. Property was clean and parking lot well lit and clean. Plus there are several restaurants in the same plaza. Outback, Carabas, and couple smaller. Big plus is Alamo Ale House (movie theater, ale house). There is also an Aldi's grocery store.

I stayed at this hotel on the way up North, and really liked the pet friendliness as well as the easy on/off from the Interstate. I decided to book the same hotel on the way back South although it was a bit more expensive than a few other area hotels. I liked the pet area outside of the side entrance. Parking was great. I liked the suite a bit more than the regular room because it muffled some of the noises from the hallway. My pet was relaxed and not so alert when staying in the suite. She and I slept great. I will stay here again as long as there is a room available during my next trip. A gas station is conveniently located next to the hotel and there are restaurant choices within walking distance.

Rooms were spacious, and the decor was simple and nice. We stayed in a suite and enjoyed the extra couch area. Check-in/out was seamless and staff were friendly and helpful in trying to find a good room for us and our dog. The free cookie at check in was a nice touch. We appreciate that dogs are allowed and that the pet fee is a reasonable $25 per night. There is also a decent amount of grassy area for the dogs to do their business, as well as a pet-clean up station (not always the case at pet-friendly hotels).

Breakfast was a nice added feature. However, Sunday the waffle making option was not available. I was told the "batter" dispensing machine was broken. I would have suggested putting the batter in a bowl, and use a dipping spoon to put batter on the waffle maker. The waffle makers were not broken, but rather the batter dispenser. This not working was a disappointment.

Breakfast was pretty standard, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, juice and milk. Not a huge variety but that was fine. The facility was as pictured, nice area with a 7/11, restaurants, an Aldi, movie theater. We stayed in a suite because we had our kids, and the bedroom did have a door (we were looking for this in the description and couldn't find the information). There wasn't much to the pool and there isn't a hot tub but it stays open late, and our kids had the best time there, which is all that matters. The deepest it goes is 5ft. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was really good. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Hot breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, fruit and cereal available as well as a waffle station.

Very friendly staff, we were given a room close to exit (which is great when traveling with a dog), wood floors in room, location was very close to interstate, restaurants close by
